About this directory
Limb lengthening is one of the most complex elective procedures in medicine. Patients travel across continents, spend upwards of $100,000, and commit to months of physical therapy on the basis of marketing brochures and anonymous forum posts. We built this directory because they deserve better.
What we are
An editorial directory of 41 independently-verified limb lengthening clinics worldwide. Every listing is researched against hospital records, regulatory filings, published outcomes and the surgeon's public credentials. No clinic pays to appear, and none can pay to move up.
What we are not
- Not medical advice. We are editorial, not clinical.
- Not a lead broker. We forward your inquiry directly to the clinic — no commissions.
- Not an affiliate of any clinic, manufacturer or device company.
Our four editorial principles
- No pay-for-placement. Ranking and featuring decisions are editorial. Clinics cannot buy position.
- Verification before listing. Every clinic must have a verified surgeon, a verifiable public presence, and a traceable regulatory track record.
- Dual bylines on medical content. Every article naming treatments, outcomes or risks carries both a writer and a board-certified medical reviewer.
- Citations, always. Claims are sourced to peer-reviewed literature, regulatory bodies, or the clinic's own published data. Bare assertions don't ship.
How we make money
Transparency matters. Our planned revenue model:
- Inquiry forwarding fee paid by the clinic per successfully-delivered inquiry (flat fee, not commission on treatment).
- Verified Clinic badge — an annual subscription that gives a clinic the right to display our verification mark. The badge does not affect ranking, position, or content about the clinic.
- Display advertising from non-competing medical brands, clearly labeled.
We do not take commission on surgeries. We do not resell patient data. We do not run affiliate links on editorial pages.
