How we use it
- To forward your inquiry to the clinic you contacted.
- To operate and improve the site.
- To detect and block spam and abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share inquiry data with clinics other than the one you explicitly contacted.
- We do not use third-party advertising tracking pixels.
Retention
Inquiries are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Reviews are retained indefinitely unless we remove them for policy violations.
